By accessing the GlobeX eSIM platform or purchasing any eSIM plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional guidelines provided through our services.

GlobeX eSIM provides digital mobile connectivity solutions that allow compatible devices to connect to partner mobile networks worldwide without requiring a physical SIM card. Coverage, network speed, and service availability may vary depending on destination, carrier infrastructure, and device compatibility.

Customers are responsible for verifying that their devices support eSIM technology and are carrier-unlocked prior to purchase. GlobeX eSIM shall not be responsible for service issues arising from unsupported or locked devices.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. Any unauthorized use should be reported immediately to GlobeX support.

• eSIM plans must be activated according to provided instructions.
• Some plans activate upon installation while others activate upon first network connection.
• Data validity begins according to the purchased package conditions.
• Unused data, validity, or benefits cannot be transferred unless specifically stated.

All prices displayed on GlobeX eSIM platforms are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges may apply depending on your region and payment provider.

GlobeX reserves the right to prevent misuse, excessive network consumption, fraudulent activity, unauthorized reselling, network abuse, or activities that negatively impact service quality for other users.

GlobeX endeavors to provide uninterrupted services; however, service quality may be affected by network outages, maintenance activities, force majeure events, governmental restrictions, carrier limitations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

GlobeX eSIM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from service interruptions, network performance issues, device incompatibility, loss of business opportunities, or data loss.

All trademarks, logos, graphics, website content, software, and intellectual property associated with GlobeX eSIM remain the exclusive property of GlobeX and its licensors.

Personal information collected through GlobeX services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

GlobeX reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
